Fees
The fees for Solutions, Resources and Policy Shop vary and may be agreed as a fixed charge or daily rate depending on the type and nature of services to be provided and seniority of personnel. Efficace is transparent in relation to fees and will provide full details of these within its Purchase Order. An invoice will be issued at the end of the contract or fee period for settlement within 30 days of issue.
Any fees for work done over and above the initial Purchase Order will be discussed and agreed in advance and a separate Purchase Order issued in relation to these. The full terms and conditions of Efficace will be provided with the Purchase Order and together will form the contract for the provision of services.
